Dangers of Authenticator

I am a huge fan of security and love 2fa. But since yesterday, my opinion has changed. I was so shocked to identify that it could go wrong. It happened to me.

Well, as a proud Microsoft Partner Network subscriber, I thought everything is accessible when you needed, and it was the case until I needed something desperately and couldn’t reach to the point. So I spent around 14 (yes I am insane) hours nonstop to find a solution better way to say established the problem and there is a problem.

This is not about blaming or shaming but the resilient and practical experience about how an enterprise should run support when a significant mass relying on the services which could disrupt day to day activity and hold us back.

When we say whole design process and services, run smoothly, but any small changes it started to crack and rumbled. It suggests that design, operation or application has not ready to adopt changes or failed to respond to chaos. And sometimes small things that matter most in the core can go wrong.

Solutions to that, for me, fail fast, recover first, keep going, and first customer service is a key, yes nothing in this world perfect or precious. However, resilience should be a balance against failures.

So if you are looking for result-driven solutions, ask me. I can deliver a solution and drive values to your business.

Ciao.
