SBI Online Banking’s Annoying Security

I am so frustrated with the State Bank of India Online Banking System. You know what their banking security is so annoying that it feels like you are not a customer but a thief for your own money. Luckily not much money but the usability of banking services is a horror and nightmare.

Prime example, how often do you need to change your password. (F**ing kidding me every 15 days. You must be *****.) Now, if you need to change password do you remember the last 4 passwords (I guarantee you that none of us can do.) Moreover, what the f***, you locked down within 3 attempts to even change passwords. Well, I use it once a year to check, and it is asking me to change my password and two different types of passwords. Bullsh*t. I am still not able to understand why? Security should be good but not at the cost of usability and user experience. It is horrible and ugly. Yeah, you heard me right babe. You’re Ugly.
